Sonam Kapoor may still be craving for a single hit but the pace in which she is posing for magazines and endorsing products is quite commendable. On her 24th birthday, Sonam received an amazing gift not from her parents but from a leading Hollywood trade magazine to feature in its Gen Next section along with other young cinema stars from Asia.
"Selective young talents are being featured here. I attribute this little achievement to the India Shining movement which the world is so high on now. And also because I am Anil Kapoor's daughter," said the ‘Saawariya' actress.
Sonam is the first Indian to be acknowledged at the Hollywood trade magazine. She is feeling on the top of the world with such acclamation. "It's very encouraging for youngsters like me and a great platform for any actor," said Sonam.
Sonam Kapoor has kept her door open for any language film. “I will accept any script which has a substantial role for me from any part of the world. It could be in French, Spanish, English or any other language," said the actress
She celebrated birthday with parents and friends at home.
